About Us

We started as one little cafe in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood many years ago. Today, Dollop has grown to 14 cafes across the city. We roast our own coffee and bake fresh pastries and bread around the clock in our own bakeshop.

They say art is how you decorate space, and music is how you decorate time. We think coffee helps you decorate both.
